We keep almost nothing

This notice is written under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is short because the site does not track you.

Controller

Publisher details to be completed before publication. The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 require the publisher’s name, geographic address and e-mail to be easily and permanently accessible; a company must also show its registered name, number and office (Companies Act 2006, s.82). These are set in inc/config.php.

What we do not do

  • No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social widgets, no third-party fonts or maps. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
  • No accounts, no forms, no newsletters.

What we do process

Server logs

Our host records standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) to run the service securely and diagnose faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Logs are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted.

E-mail

If you write to us we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to record any correction made to the site.

Advertising click identifiers

If you arrive from an advertisement, the link may carry an identifier in the address (for example gclid). We do not read, store or forward it; it stays in your browser address bar.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to hello@tablesopenlate.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
